Grainger Consulting was our specialist arm that concentrated on institutional clients, including institutional or private client investment managers, collective investment scheme operators, hedge funds, corporate finance advisers, private equity and venture capital firms, CDO/CLO funds, stockbrokers/broker-dealers, investment banks and specialist financial planning or wealth management firms. We assisted with overseas compliance requirements, such as, issues relating to financial resources, overseas regulatory authorisation or passports under ISD, MiFID, banking or insurance directives.
